The terms and conditions become legally binding on confirmation of acceptance by Aviation English Teachers.

Data protection

By sending an enquiry you agree to share your personal information and give consent for Aviation English Teachers to process your information.

 

Fees

Fees for the course must be received in full prior to course commencement, otherwise Aviation English Teachers reserves the right to cancel the course without notice. Course fees are calculated in blocks of 6 lessons.

No compensation, reductions, refunds, credit or additional lessons can be given for lessons not used.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation or postponement of a lesson must be received at least 48 hours prior to the planned lesson. If such notice is not received then the full charge remains due.

A lesson may be postponed provided appropriate notice is received by Aviation English Teachers. Any refund due will be in the form of a credit towards any future lessons during the next twelve months.

 

Recordings

For safety and quality control purposes, lessons will be recorded, but will be deleted after a reasonable length of time.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Aviation English Teachers will not be held responsible for any delay in scheduled services due to third party companies or if any service cannot be provided as specified.

Force majeure - It shall be a fundamental condition of the contract between the student and Aviation English Teachers that Aviation English Teachers shall not be in any way liable to the student in the event of any service contracted to be supplied by them becoming impossible to supply by reason of a cause outside their control.

These conditions of enrolment are valid from 1 July 2020 and are subject to English law. The English language version is legally binding in all cases.
